Technology Tool Most Useful

As a president of Cabrini's Spanish club (Pura Vida) on campus, excel has been very useful.
It helps for budgeting money, listing members, and providing our directors a list of a plan of events. From creating charts and categorizing it by color, sizes, and from alphabetical order. Creating PowerPoints I get to present everything that the club has done from salsa night, dominoes night, back sales, and stereotype projects. Placing effects to make the presentation more interesting to make other interested in the club. It is because of me using these technologies, that help better my time in presenting and updating it with new information or pictures for the club. The changes which will change will be the members, pictures of new activities and etc.

Which Microsoft Office is Most Useful?

Throughout this IST 125 class, I have been able to find PowerPoint and Excel most useful for my future. As I am studying to become a Detective in Crime Scene Investigating, I believe excel will be the most useful office. Excel will help design the data entries of cases and police work, which will be done at those point of times. Spreadsheets will help chiefs of the department and my line of work updated on its decreasing and increasing work of progress. PowerPoint's will help present to other boards of departments, case studies and our progress with cases, community, interns, and minor issues. As I really am interested in the use of a PowerPoint, excel will be the most technology really useful in my line of work. Spreadsheets will be created and easier to hold data for the department of Police. Matter of fact, excel is the number one technology I find most compatible to hold important information. As PowerPoint's are only good to present, rates, data, and show charts of progress reports. Excel are the reason for those charts presented in front of other districts and schools, to help aware family, teacher, and children about the safety and teach them about their surroundings. Excel is easier to work with, when coming when changing numbers around within the sheet.
So now that you know why I have chosen Excel and PowerPoint, What is your most useful technology, Microsoft Office in your future?
